W.Nr. 1.4113 ( DIN X6CrMo17-1 ) stainless steel is ferritic stainless steel grade with molybdenum additon.
It exhibits a remarkable combination of high temperature resistance, good forming properities and high resistance to
localized corrosion, thanks to its Mo additon, it shows better pitting corrosion resistance.
Stress corrosion cracking
As ferritic stainless steel, 1.4113 stainless steel has good stress corrosion cracking resistance
High temperature oxidation resistance
This type of stainless steel shows good oxidation resistance at high temperature.
Its maximum scale-breaking temperature is 815°c in continuous working.
