Q:What's your payment methods?
A: Payment through Paypal/T.T/Western Union,Ali Secure Pay(Escrow) are acceptable,contents in Detail: full payment for samples and 30% deposit for formal order, balance paid before shipping.

Q: What's the minimum order quantity on products?
A: It depends. But usually, 100 pcs for neutral product. For OEM order, contact us to confirm the MOQ.

Q: Can I get the custom samples with logo?
A: Yes, of course. Please send us the logo in AI/PDF format and indicate its exact location on the product with

pantone color of your logo. Or our professional designer will help to handle it for client.

Q: Are the samples available to check quality and functions?
A: Yes, they are free for 1-2pcs and charged more than 2, maximum sample quantity is 10pcs
