Description of label remover :

 

Our label remover is used to remove the label from the used bottle (include pet bottle, glass bottle ),before washing or cleaning or crush. The label on the compressed bottle can be removed up to 95% (include paper label), and the uncompressed bottle can be removed up to 98%.

(we provide three types label removing way of label remover:without water or with water or steam heating)

 

Advantages of label remover :

 

1.The label will be peel off by seft-friction.

2.The bottles are feed from the top of the machine, and discharge from the bottom.

3.The machine is used for new way of washing line,and use this machine can have high purity PET/PP flakes.

1. 30% T/T as deposit, and 70% T/T before delivery.

2. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

1. Film package: we used simple package suit for shipping.

2. Wooden package: If you want to wooden package, you should paid extra cost.

 

After sales-service of label remover :                                       

1.If the equipment fails due to the quality of the machine during one year, we will provide replacement and the repair Free of Charge. After One Year customer must pay for Spare Parts, Saiou will provide long-term technical assistance.

2.Workers must operate the machines according to the design of the machine. Saiou Machinery will not be responsible for accidents which are caused by improper operation of workers.
