Q: IMPORTANT - WHAT IS "TRUE CAPACITY"? 

A: Browsing on alibaba you will find countless Power Pack being sold at unbelievably low prices, with

high listed capacities! Here's what other sellers of Power Pack don't want you to know: all power

pack store electricity at 3.7V, yet to charge a phone or any other USB device, you need a voltage of

5V. To step up the voltage from 3.7V - 5V is an increase of over 35%, meaning that at 5V your power

pack effectively supplies 35% less energy than what's stored at 3.7V - this is before conversion losses!
