Kiosk Optional Configurations:

Following components can be integrated into Kiosk upon specific application requirement:

• Bar-code Scanner: scanning 1D and 2D barcodes;
  
• Wireless connective (WIFI/GSM/GPRS): connecting network;
  
• Camera: taking photos / vedios for users, recognizing user by compare with the photo on ID/ passport/driving license/ etc.;
  
• Motion Sensor: detecting people approaching to activating kiosk or program;
  

Our Services:

Normally, Warranty is one year (12 months) for the whole kiosk, but the warranty period can be prolonged by 2 parties’ agreement.

a. We guarantee that each kiosk is tested carefully and works properly before delivery. We strive for 100% customers' satisfaction on every sale we complete.

b. During the warranty period, repairing or replacing of the defective component are free of charge; After the warranty time, we will charge the components cost.

c. When you receive the kiosk package, please open and check it carefully before signing, if the kiosk machine is damaged, ask a "Damage Proof" and "Take Photos" at once to show to the shipping forwarder company and seller.
