 Quality Controling:

1) We control our quality strictly. Material for the air bag, as mentioned above, top fabric is 0.9mm pvc, other parts are 0.55mm pvc tarpaullin, which is fire-retardant, water- proof, and has hight-strength tensile which not easy to break

2) Double stitching throughtout the unit with triple stitching and quadruple stitching in key areas inside the base of the unit. We use extra webbing reinforced strip on all the stress points and interior panels.

3) We test each product to ensure the toys seamed exactly well before shipment.

This big air bag consists of 2 types of inflated air cushions: a hefty layer and the soft top layer. When one lands on the pillow  just enough air escapes via speical air holes from the top layer to absorb the fall. An extra layer on the top and sides of the cushions protects the pillow against defects, the so-called impact decks. With average use, an impact deck will last approximately 2 seasons before needing replacement. It is suitable for snowboading, skiing, snow biking. BMXing, mountain biking, and other no-motorised sports.

Any products can be customised with the client's own logos and branding. This also offers excellent possibilities for sponsors. We has in-house graphic designers and its own ways, by full-colour printing or painting byhand!
