FEIDA Head

Highly efficient and stable feida head is exquisitely designed. Equipped with four suctions and four nozzles, suction & feeding are stable and suitable for different thickness of paper. the unique spiral winding in the front and side ensures smooth operation and reduces double sheets. Every suction is easily adjusted which ensures the papers are sent out smoothly.

Slant feeding Table
High-speed slant feeding desktop structure, stable reliable double sheets detection device, and non-stop feeding process make it more time-saving, more convenient operation and high efficiency.

Die-cutting Part

The upper and lower platforms are fine-grinded to ensure the accuracy of work. The upper frame is not easy to deform and designed with pneumatic locking and it operates securely and easily. Lower steel plate HRC50-53 is anti-rust, precise and durable. Rotary flap-mechanical structure is safe and convenient, easy operation.

Rowing Waste Part
Three parts cooperate with each other. Up,middle & down cam driving makes the running stable & accurate and discharging quick & easy adjustment.

Electrical cabinets
It adopts multi-point PLC centralized control and independent hardware to implement safety detection diagnosis, matching with 10.4-inch TFT touch color intelligent large-scale display terminal to carry on dynamic operation to the patterns and dynamic diagnosis to fault point. It is famous for high working speed and precision,stable performance, easy operation and maintenance and it has been through the European Union CE standard authentication.
