Printing Unit

Rotary die-cutting Unit
1. Die-cut phase and the gap between the cutter mould rollers are both controlled by computer,which can display but aslo can to set up.
2. The cushion roller adopts mechanical camdrum portable structure (4Omm).
3. The gap between the cushion roller and the cutter mould roller adopts electrical adjustment.When stopping feeding paper,the soft will rise automatically;When working,the soft roller will return to the working position.
4. Adopt compentating system,No matter how much the cushion diameter changes.The speed of the cushion compentate and follow automatically ,without adjustment by man.
5. With restoration for cushion after wear and tear,Keeping the surface of the cushion smooth.
Piling Unit
1. Installed with safeguard mechanism the paper-receiving arm can be operated by hand or auto matically in order to prevent the sudden falling down of the paper-receiving arm for the safety of the operating personnel.
2. The rising and descending of the machine tool platform are driven by the powerful chain.
3. The height of piling is 1600mm.
4. With the paperboard's piling to the higher level the machine tool platform automatically adiusts the tilting height.Lifting and descending the electrical machinery. Equipped with the brake function,so the machine tool can keep the fixed position to prevent falling down.
5. The organization of lift the paper by pneumatic motion.The paper receiving tray will automatically open and catch the paperboard while the paperboards are piled to the planned height.
