Features

The machine is adopted with strengthened single-side driving system, for steady running and easy maintenance.

The motor is adopted with frequency conversion controller, automatic timing and power saving.

It is adopted double face tooth rod adjusting in operation, easy and convenient (automatic adjusting for motor as option).

Delivery is adopted with several thick belt cooperated with shaking motor, ensuring continuous, exact and automatic feeding.

Conveying belt is adopted with upper and lower driving, reducing abrasion to least.
It offers two groups of upper and lower gluing tanks, which is adopted with automatic adjusting vertically in gluing tank, and teeth rods for adjusting horizontally, for easy operation (glue-jet system as option)

It is adopted with touch screen, PLC controller, photoelectric counting, automatic sheet kicker and mark jetting device. 

Conveying pressure table is adopted with special material, adjusting pressure through air pressure, equipped with sponge belt, ensuring product quality.

It is equipped with large power servo controller of Japan, to ensure quality.

The machine is able to 2-folding, 4-folding with bottom gluing, and foursquare or hexangular paperboard or packaging box for laminating board to board.
