Special safe - T - edge: protects installer from sharp ends while it prevents cable from fraying.
Wire mesh is smooth and round: to resist dirt and dust build-up.
Standard 10' length: straight and easy to handle
Large mesh size ( 2" wide by 4" long ): allows cable installers to route cables in and out at any point without cutting the tray.
1" to 6" high flange side of the tray: prevents cables from falling off.
Dimentions are nominal: other sizes available on request.
Available in the following finishes: elevtro galvanized,hot dipped galvanized,stainless steel 316L,black painted and other painted.

1.Material selected
Wire mesh cable tray is normally produced with stainless steel such as 316 and 316L.

Some times people also prefer to low-carbon steel after galvanized or painted.It is cheaper,and for some area where can not cause too much rust,people may select this material on their wire mesh trays.

2.Wire mesh design

Normally we take 5mm wire diameter and 2" x 4"mesh opening to finish our wire mesh trays,it allows cable installer to route cables in and out at any point without cutting the tray.

Some times people may choose a much more bigger mesh opening like 2" x 6" and 2" x 8".It provide a low cost on the complete project if the cable is not too much heavy.

3.Surface finishing

The low-carbon steel wire mesh cable tray always ask a zinc coating and sometimes even powder coating to help the material have a better character on rust resistence.

Stainless steel 316 and 316L is a super material against rust.It will not ask for further coating,but some times people will also do some colour paint to make the wire mesh tray be more attractive,where people can not hide these wire mesh trays.

Zinc coating has two different type ,electro galvanized product and hot dipped galvanized product,while we have to say hot dipped galvanzied product has a more better character on rust resistance.

4.Installation notice

Bends, Risers, T Junctions, Crosses and Reducers can be made from wire mesh cable tray straight sections flexibly in projects.
Trays shall be supported at a maximum span of 2.5m by trapeze, wall, floor or channel mounting methods and will not exceed maximum loads as specified by the manufacturer.
Wire Mesh Cable Tray systems can be safely employed in places where the temperature ranges between -40°C and +150°C without any change to their characteristics.
