XBM Spiral classifier is widely used for distributing in the close circuit with ball mill, grading slurry in the gravity mill, grading granularity in the flow of metal ore-dressing and desliming and dehydrating in the washing.

Our XBM spiral classifier is designed for slurry tank and flooding rate in proportion.

High Weir Spiral Classifier extensively suitable for metal ore selection procedure when grade the ore slurry by size, it can also be usec to get rid of the mud, dehydrates in washing ore, often make up a close circle together with the ball mill.

Spiral classifier is a type of classifying machine that classifies materials based the principle that the solid particles with different sizes and proportions have different falling speed in the liquid, and fine ore particles float in the water and coarse ore particles sink to the bottom of the chute and the coarse ore particles are pushed by the spiral to the upper part and discharged.

A spiral classifier is composed of gearing device, spirals, tank, elevator device, bottom support (bearing bush) and a discharging valve.The bottom seat adopts V-iron, and the machine frame is welded and connected steel board. The water inlet and axis of the screw axle adopt durable pig iron cover. 

1. Control material size from ball mill in the beneficiation process.

2. Separate mineral sand and fine mud in the gravity concentration.

3. Classify the ore pulp according to granularity during the metal ore separation process;

4. Remove sludge/water at the ore separation process.

5. Clean mud and water in washing mineral process.
