Flotation machine (also called Flotation separator) is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metal and nonmetal, such as fluorite and talc. Flotation is a separation method based on the wettability of minerals,which separates the minerals by their difference of floatability. In modern flotation, the potions play a very important role. After the particular treatment of potions, the mineral floatability has been changed. So we can make the selected minerals float on the mineralized forth, paving the way for later separation.

1). The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces centrifugal effect with negative pressure;

2). Enough air is inhaled into mixed pulp, and pulp mixes with drug at the same time;

3). Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of pulp to form mineralized bubble;

4). Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
