When the cabinet was plug-in within 15 mins the internal temperature will quickly rise to 85 degrees and you can turn the power off and place the food inside .
When the unit is at 85°C after 8 hours the power will turn off automatically , and the temperature of box inside will drop 1 degree per hour under the normal temperature,so that it can keep the food warm more then 10 hours.
You only need to press the "RESET" If the food need cyclic heating .
Based on normal temperature , the temperature inside shows an average temperature drop of only 1.6°C for every two hours
