ZLS series upflow pressure screen

Application:

1.It can be used in screening systems for different kinds of paper stock such as chemical wood pulps, chemical straw pulps, waste paper pulps and mechanical wood pulps.

2.It can be used in the pulp preparation as screening equipment before or after bleaching in production of paper stocks.

3.It can also be used as pressure fine screen of paper stock before paper machine.

Design features: 

The air from light impurity & stock rises to the top and releases from the exhaust nozzle; the heavy impurity drops to the bottom & discharge ; Those structure reduces down the abrasion between rotor and screen cylinder.
The upflow structure removes the eddy current caused by the vibration & stress.
The design effectively avoids the impurity mixing with the stock again.
Good adaptability with high production capacity 
Great applicability of the inlet consistency
