1.The roller is made of 20# seamless steel pipe or alloy cast iron HT300

2.Surface is covered with rubber. And the rubber is provided by STOWE and VOITH. 

3.Bulkhead is HT200. 

4.Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed. 

5.And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability. 

6.And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance. The dynamic balance will be G1.6
