There is constant tension control function in the process of the rewinding machine. Before and after bottom rolls' torque automatically controlled according to change of finished paper roll diameter; fly roll pressure is automatically control according to change of finished paper roll diameter, the control curve is adjustable; bottom knife follows the tracks of paper roll's speed fuction, the speed deviation is adjustable
