Which payment means do you accept?

We accept paypal,T/T,Western Union etc, and bank will charge some restocking fee.

How do I order TOPCOM products?

Contact your Customer manager or email to them. Then we will reply you within 15mins.

Who will deliver my order?

Items will be shipped by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT.We may use other carriers as necessary.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?

Please note that business days,excluding Saturday,Sunday and public Holidays, are calculated in terms of delivery period. In general,It takes about 2-7 work days for delivery.

How do I track my shipment?

We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out.

We would send email with tracking number, so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier’s web site.

What should I do if my shipment never arrives?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered.

If it still does not arrive, please reach your customer manager or email to them.They will get back to you with in 6mins.

Quality Control Policy:

2)Inspect by the QC in our factory.
3)Inspect by the sales who is in charge of this order.

Manufacturer Warranty:

 As soon as you get the goods, please check carefull and see if there is any damage or problem with it.

If so, please tell us within one month. If it is our fault ,we will solve all problems by our side. On the other side, each of our products is under strict inspection,and we will make sure all of them in good condition before shipping.

Return Policy:
We provide a free one year warranty for this item.
