Product name:  Twisted Mortar Reinforced PP Raw Material of Concrete Fiber 

 

In our company, PP Raw Material used for cement concrete reinforcement is synthetic fiber.  One type of synthetic fibers is twisted bundle Polypropylene PP fiber. As a type of plastic building material, twisted bundle pp fiber can help improve reinforcement and crack resistance of concrete. So this kind of fiber are widely used in building construction.

Function:

Different length of Twisted PP Fiber:

 

 

Use instruction:

 

1. Mixing amount: 2.7kg/m³ for common use. 5.5kg/m³ for reinforcement requirement.

 

2. Stirring requirement: It is no need to change the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate.

Crushed stones, fibers, and sand are put into the blender in succession. Afetr stirring for 2 minutes, put the cement and water and stir until the fiber mixed completely.

 

Application Field: 

 

1. The surface of road, bridge, runway and floor of the factory.

2. Wall and roof of the tunnel and mine.

3. Dam, river, bridge pier, dock and military protection facilities.
