Function:
1. Replicated Steel PP Fiber has the properties of crack resistance and reinforcement, so it can replace the steel fiber, which will be more convenient and economic than steel fiber.

The Macro Fiber is made according to the function of the steel fiber. Its shape of cross section and specific surface area are similar to the steel fiber, so when compare the economy of the two kind of material, we could suppose that they have the same specific surface area and the proportion of the reinforced anti-crack tendon is 0.95kg/cm3, the proportion of steel is 7.8g/cm3, under the condition of same adding volume, the weight of steel fiber is 8.0 times of the anti-crack tendon’s, so it is clear that use anti-crack tendon can reduce the cost quite a lot than use steel fiber.
