PAN fiber introduction:
Polyacrylonitrile Fiber is a new kind of synthetic reinforcement fiber for concrete. It is made of polyarylonitrile resins by special technique. It can improve the reinforcement of concrete and prevent crack.

Function:
For cement concrete:
1. Increase the crack resistance of concrete;
2. Increase the frost resistance and seepage resistance of concrete;
3. Decrease the fragility of high strength concrete;
4. Increase the wear resistance, tensile strength and toughness of concrete;
5. Increase the impact resistance of concrete;
6. Increase the durability resistance of cncrete;
For bitulith:
1. Increase the dispersion ability of asphalt concrete;
2. reinforcement of asphalt concrete;
3. Increase the stability of asphalt concrete;
4. Improve the toughness and frost resistance of bitulith;
5. Inprove the anti-skidding and wear-resisting ability.
Appliction Instruction:
1. Mixing amount: 0.9kg/m³ for cement concrete. 1.5-1.8kg/m³ for bridge floor with high requirement of anti-impact.
2. Stirring requirement: It is no need to change the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate.
For cement concrete: crushed stones, fibers, cement and sand are put into the blender and stir for 30 seconds, then put water and stir for 1 minute.
For asphalt concrete: Put crushed stones, sand and fibers into the blender and stir for 20 seconds. Then put the asphalt and stir up. The total time of stirring is not less than 60 seconds.
Application Field:
1. The road, surface of road, bridge floor, runway and floor of the factory.
2. Port, deepwater wharf, project in the severe cold area.
3. Anti-collision wall of highway, anti-impact board;
4. Reservoir, swimming pool;
5. Side wall and roof of the basement.
