Hose reel Watering System With Nozzles is designed for fully mechanized and labor-saving irrigation.

The main characteristic is lower pressure, water and energy saving, lower intensity, better atomization, smaller influence by wind, it is widely used for large wind area and low economic crops which has higher atomization requirement.

Operation steps:

1. Put the hose reel irrigation machine on the end of the field.
2. Pull PE pipe and sprinkler car to the other of field by tractor.
3. When water reaches certain working pressure, spray gun or cantilever starts sprinkling. Meanwhile, main machine using water pressure through water turbine, gear box and other drive system producing mechanical kinetic energy drives the reel.
4. When sprinkler car moves back with designed speed when reel rotating, sprinkling while walking until the irrigation finish.
5. When sprinkler car moves to main machine, it can be lifted and fixed into main machine.
6. Cut the water source, and moves to another field & restart irrigation.

Boom parameter:

The main components of boom irrigation include water turbine, oriented device, gear box, sprinkler, PE pipe, reel frame, boom, and chasis.

water turbine

Water turbine is the heart of the whole machine parts, it is the power-drive system of machine, also can regulate water flow, ensure PE tube recovery speed uniform. 

Oriented device

The Key part of oriented device is oriented rod, which adopts automatic forward and reverse "8" screw guiding system, screw thread adopts rectangular thread, the joint part with sleek transition. It can effectively guarantee the reliability of the reversing, can ensure PE pipe safely and orderly arrangement in the winch. And guide walk uniform, no card hysteresis, completely solved the problem of oriented mechanism reversing difficult, improve the accuracy of speed adjustment.

Gear box

Multi-functional gear box is the control system of whole machine, this system can realize the clutch, brake, variable speed, fast and safe recovery of transmission system.
The gear box itself with two stage speed change, also can realize two stage speed change by pulley, so this device with four stage speed change. Just operating the handle can realize speed change, clutch and brake. 

Frame and winch

The frame and winch is made by low carbon alloy steel stamping welded together. The frame adopts hot galvanizing technology, and winch uses car paint anti-corrosive treatment, enhance the frame and winch proofing ability. The frame and winch is connected by turn plate, which rotates flexible and portable. It can rotate 360°, make the sprinkler car to work on different orientation field, reduce the machine movement frequency, and increase the reclamation index.

Packaging details:

1. For 50-150Tx, can be shipped by LCL.

2. For 75-300Tx, 2 sets in a 20GP, and 5 sets in a 40HQ.

3. For 75-400Tx and 90-300Tx, 4 sets in a 40HQ.
