Q1. What is the lead time?

A: Sample is 2-3 working days, mass production time is 10-15 working days for order less than 3000 pcs .

Q2. I don’t like your standard colors. Can I choose any color for the housings? If yes, any extra cost?

A: We have  black,white colors, you can choose any PMS you like. MOQ is 1000 PCS without any extra cost. 

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?

 A: If you can accept our neutral packaging,there is no MOQ,any quantity order is accepted;  OEM MOQ  is 1000pcs for trial order.Please let me know your choice. 

Q4. How should we pay if we order from you?

 A: For small amount, you can pay by paypal. For amount more than USD500, you can pay by Bank Wire or western union. 

Q5: What is the packaging?

 A: We provide neutral Gift box packaging, we also can make your own designed OEM packaging,the MOQ is 1000pcs. 

 Q6. Can I have a sample even pre-production before I send you the order?

 A: Yes, We can send you samples for your approval first. 

 Q7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

 A: Yes, we can offer one- year guarantee for the goods.
