The Process Of Producing
Step 1.the artist starts with a full-sized model of the sculpture by confirmed drawings.
Step 2.A mould is made from the clay pattern, either as a piece mould from plaster, or using flexible gel or similar rubber-like materials stabilized by a plaster jacket of several pieces.
Step 3.Once a production mould is obtained, a wax (hollow for larger sculptures) is then cast from the mould.
Step 4.The complete wax structure (and core, if previously added) is then invested in another kind of mould or shell, which is heated in a kiln until the wax runs out and all free moisture is removed.
Step 5. then soon filled with molten bronze.
Step 6. After final polishing, corrosive materials may be applied to form a patina, a process that allows some control over the colour and finish.
Another form of sculptural art that uses bronze is ormolu, a finely cast soft bronze that is gilded (coated with gold) to produce a matte gold finish.

1Q:Which kind of products can you produce?
A: We have more than 20 years’ product experience, we are professional manufacturer for bronze sculpture and stainless steel sculpture, with various kinds of products.
For bronze sculpture, there are figure, animal, bust, abstract sculpture, relief, vase, clock, and furniture etc as customer’s requirement.
For Stainless steel sculpture, there are abstract sculpture, animal sculpture, figure sculpture etc.
2Q: Which kind of product size can you produce?
A: For bronze sculpture, we produced 54 meters’ high Buddha for Mongolia, and 39 meters high Buddha for domestic market, the small one is up to 10cm, so we can produce the product according to customer’s required size.
For stainless steel sculpture, the big size we produced is 54 meters’ high, also with small size one.
3Q: How long is the production time?
A: Different products and quantities have different procedures and time.
Bronze sculpture: Normally it costs 7-10 days for mud mould making; 20 days for casting, welding, polishing and patina making based on small quantity. Longer time is necessary for big quantity.
Stainless steel sculpture: Normally 30 days, we will try our best to meet your special requirement.
4Q: Can you produce customized products?
A: Yes, we can produce customized product as long as you will offer us the product sketch. If you have any new idea, contact us, our design team members can help you to change the idea to reality.
5Q: Which payment method your company will accept?
A: We can accept T/T, Western Union, Escrow, Paypal for money transfer.
6Q: How we start the order?
A: First we will offer the quotation to you. Second we will offer the PI and payment information after you confirm the quotation. Then it is kind of you to arrange the deposit. We will manufacture the product after we receive the copy of payment remittance. After finish the products, we will take detailed pictures for your confirmation. Following, it is you that arrange the balance payment, then we deliver the goods from Tianjin port, China.
