Features

4. Principle 

• The product crushes the materials by utilizing impact energy. When the machine works, the rotor is driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed.
• The materials charged from the feeding port impact the blow bar on the rotor and are crushed by high-speed impact of the blow bar. The crushed materials are re-crushed on the liner plate and the crushed materials are discharged from the material-discharging port.
• By adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame, the aims of changing the grain size and the shape of the discharging materials are fulfilled.
