-A: by sea/by train/by air, we'll recommend the best way for you depends on goods quantity.

2.Payment

  -Q: how to pay us? 

  -A: Firstly, for small amount, Paypal, Westunion, Moneygram are recommended. We have no limitation of order quantity, we could send you only one bolt if you demand; just be assured, we won't take your money and say byebye.

      Secondly, for large amount, T/T, E-credit online, L/C are recommended.

      BTW, we offer deferred payment for VIP clients. You could pay us after you receive the goods, or even after you sell out the goods.

3.Warranty

    A:  All parts that we sell enjoy 3 to 12 months warranty; if any parts breaks during warranty, just offer us the proof. We'll resend you new one!

    A:  We'll resend the parts!

4.Lead time

    Q:  How many days it takes before you deliver the goods to us?

    A:  We have most easily-damaged parts in stock, for small goods, we could deliver you the goods after order confirmation and receving the payment; for large quantity, we need 1 or 2 more days to order wooden box or pallet, 2-3 days to book flight/vessel and deliver the goods to named port/airport.
