Unique design like pan cake, UFO high bay light is designed by a Taiwan designer. We use aluminum housing to guarantee heat dissipation. We try to make it more perfect in every details. It can replace the 400w metal halide high bay light. We offer 110v, 347v, 480v, for different applications. 50w, 70w, 100w, 120w, 150w, 200ww are UL, CUL listed. 100w, 120w, 150w, 200w are DLC, TUV, CB, SAA listed. Shinetoo try to make the industrial lights more pretty and artistic.

Shinetoo UFO led high bay light use Nichia 757 chips and more 20% chips than other factories, and the thickness of the cover clear tempered glass is 5mm. This high bay light is widely used in warehouse, supermarket, manufacture building and the IP rating of it is IP65 with double gel to ensure waterproof and also can be used outdoor. The whole lighting fixture is 130Lm/w, but not the chip.

Shinetoo use Meanwell HBG  driver, but only drive 70%of the whole power suppliers. If a man can carry 100kg, you just ask him to bear 70kg, so he can walk easily and fast. It is as same as the driver. This is why that our high bay light has the longer life and more stable on performance. The driver is the heart of LED. When the heart is strong, the light can run smoothly and guarantee the quality of the high bay light.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
