2. Ingredients: Wheat flour, Tapioca starch, Egg yolk powder, Noodle improver(Sodium alginate, Guar gum, Xanthan), Turmeric, Salt, Water.

3. Cooking Directions:

    (1) Add noodles into 500ml (about 2 bowls) of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.

    (2) Empty seasoning and stir noodles in a bowl.

    (3)Side dishes are suggested to add for better taste.
