INST’s EDFA amplifier has been widely used in the field of optical fiber sensor and optical fiber
communication. The module supports either 980nm pump or 1480nm pump and three control modes (ACC, AGC, and APC). The product provides many advantages including high output power and broad wavelength range INST’s desktop EDFA amplifier is suitable for L-Band and C-Band systems and it can satisfy different requirements of users.
The EDFA amplifier can be driven by either AC220V power or DC 48 power and it provides a flexible human-computer interaction interface. The operating parameters are monitored on the liquid crystal display and the output optical Power can be reset through the operation panel. The optical fiber interface can be tailored to satisfy the requirements of users.
INST’s desktop EDFA amplifier supports RS232 and RJ45 communications with host computer through serial port and network port. The product is very suitable for the auto-testing in productions and scientific researches.
