This double-bed sheet in pure cotton giving the effect of flowers seen in the distance, is all worked by hand. The same drawn-threadwork occurs in the design at the corners, while the cutwork produces little swirls that intertwine with the flat-stitch flowers and their stem-stitch stems. A beautiful finishing of knotted-clusters runs along the frill. The pillowslips have an envelope fastening.
