Main Characteristics and Advantages of Fused Silica Ceramic Crucible

(1) Quartz ceramic slurry is directly solidified in the mould to get a ceramic body, the structure of the crucible with advantages of high density and low porosity.

(2) A model with unique material is used, so the size of crucible is uniform, and the conical degree of the crucible side wall is appropriate, which is beneficial to the reasonable distribution of thermal field and crystal growth of silicon materials in the process of ingot casting.

The detection report of each crucible is kept by the quality inspection division uniformly and the key data are recorded, kept and used for the improvement of production technology.
