Cyclical vacuum induction melting furnace is for metal melting under the vacuum condition which is applied the medium frequency induction heating principle. It is widely used in scientific research and producing departments for nickel base and its special steel, precision alloy, NdFeB ( neodymium iron boron ),dysprosium metal, reactive metals, high temperature alloys, hydrogen storage material, magnetic materials, the research and production of non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Structure type: Vertical and Horizontal type, it is assembled by vacuum melting chamber, melting devices, translational transmission molding device, vacuum system, melting power supply, automatic control system, multi-work position observation window, water cooling system, working platform and so on .
This equipment is adopted the advanced instrumentation, such as temperature sensors, vacuum detection, numerical control frequency conversion adjustment system and PLC control, with the alarm function for overtemperature and overpressure, under-voltage and preventing wrong operation interlocking, and interlocking protection for safe and reliable operation.
Vacuum pumps are low noise and energy-saving, high pumping speed and high efficiency. Coil adopts the special craft processing with merit of not easy to deformation,efficient power supply, little reactive power and high efficiency.using frequency shift transmission molding device which can realize the function of multiple die casting at the same time.
Furnace type: box , it is easy to operate that the mold can pass in and out from the side,which can be realized under the condition of vacuum and temperature measurement, sampling, alloying, bottom argon blowing, oxygen top-blowing, simulation of VD, VOD, RH refining process.

3rd step: Site acceptance(After the installation of vacuum furnace in user’s factory, we sign the reception report )

A:Our furnace has the PLC controller and intelligent programmable temp. Controller, user can use touch screen to set curves, auto/manual switch interlock, auto &monitor system, it is easy to operate. We prepare enough spare parts for user and on line technical support.
