Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace is applied for quenching high-speed tool steel, measuring vacuum hardening and cutting steel, tool steel and other alloy steel, with convection heating function, which can achieve the process of step hardening, isothermal quenching, but also tempering, annealing, carburizing, nitriding and other heat treatment process. Ultimate pressure :cooling gas ,6Bar or 10Bar.
The control system was controlled by PLC, temperature was controlled by intelligent temp controller, accurate control,high automation. User can choose auto or manual undisturbed switching tooperate it, this furnace has abnormal condition alarming function, easy to operate.
Environmental protection performance has been improved, maintenance cost saving, energy cost saving.

2nd step: Pre-acceptance standard (buyer send engineers to check or entrust the third party to do in our factory,)
3rd step: Site acceptance(After the installation of vacuum furnace in user’s factory, we sign the reception report )

A:Our furnace has the PLC controller and intelligent programmable temp. Controller, user can use touch screen to set curves, auto/manual switch interlock, auto &monitor system, it is easy to operate. We prepare enough spare parts for user and on line technical support.
Q:Can you serve customer oversea like installation and debugging ?
A:Yes,we can dispatch our engineer to your city for installation and debugging or other service.
