About fkm oil seal

1.Skeleton:Generally used in low-carbon steel, we generally use the 08A1, made of stainless steel                under special circumstances.

2.Oil seal spring: Generally use 70 steel, stainless steel wire under special circumstances. Different sizes of springs and a 5% elongation modulus at 10%.

3. Material: The choice of materials according to the medium to be sealed, the applicable temperature, the rotational speed of the shaft, the seal chamber pressure.

                        Gearbox oil seal:NBR,FKM

                        Axle oil seal:NBR,FKM

 oil seal material selection:

NBR:The temperature -40°C-120 °C; rotate speed  Less than 3600rpm.

FKM: The temperature -30°C-200 °C; rotate speed  Less than 6000rpm.
