This is a soft, durable and substantial batting created for quilters who want cotton in their projects but also want wash-ability as well as good definition in the quilting stitches. This needle punched batting provides a strong, thin material with no shifting or tearing, allows stitched areas up to 4 and has a shrinkage rate of approximately 3-5%. This batting is a very light ivory color and is recommended for all tones of fabric except white or light colors because the cream color could show through the lighter colors.
