Q1: What is your shipping way? How much should I pay ?

A: To make sure all the buyers could get the parcel in time and safely, most of our parcels are send by HK DHL, FedEx ,EMS. Different shipping way is different price,if you don’t have any request,I will choose our best way to ship your goods.Different goods is different weight, please tell me which design do you want, so I can quote you the shipping cost.

Q2: If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?

A: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if it is damaged, we won’t ship to our customer .And if you really found the problem,please  take a photo to us letting us check it first. If it is our duty, we will compensate you. Please know, if you could not contact me over a month, I am so sorry maybe I could not help you, because we will update our information in a month.
