General description
It is the new technology for drying granulation the fertilizer by the paction granulation technology are first used in kalium chloride granulator, the kallium chloride (1-4mm) particle are used in mix fertilizer(BB) for granulation by it.In recent years, it is used in the production of compound fertilizer with rapid development in China.

Characteristics

The compacting granulation method are divided into two types,one is double roller,another is edge runner.the double roller is pressed the material into the large cake,and then broken into the granules,such a device with great capacity ,high intensity particle,low consumption,so it is used widely in the oversea .

The edge runner is made a hole in the roller surface as a shape,the process directly granulation compacting.the product quality is low ,sometimes need to add the adhesive .it is fit in organic and compound fertilizer.

The dry material gather to the solid cake by compacting,it is called by the extrude process .the solid cake going to the broken into the particle are called granulate process.the compact function for edge out the air from the particle,and also close the particle .compacting granulation particles is mainly formed by molecular forces.
