Applications

Used in laminating for carboard & corrugated paper

 

Features:

1.Heightened top sheet feeder, enable bottom sheet loading without production stop.Improve the productivity.

2.Flips-style bridge plate is convenient for cleaning. Intermittent water-circulating system is easy for cleaning.

3.Automatic feeding for bottom sheet while manual feeding top sheet which makes feeding easier and positioning higher accuracy.

4.Front positioning is flexible so that bottom sheet never exceeds the top sheet, and the front-rear lamination between bottom and top sheets is adjustable. 

5.Suitable for the laminating of cardboards above 350gsm, and cardboard with A/B/C/D/E/F corrugated cardboard. 

6. Intelligent control and press is adopted to save electricity and control the distance of the paper stacks.

7. High-precision plastic block device is adopted to save glue.

 

Optional: Side feeding for top sheet

                 PLC control and lengthening compression part are optional.
