Meterial Description:
Teak is one kind of tropical hardwoods that is abundant in tropical countries like India, Indonesia and Burma etc. This kind of wood is easy to contract straining color and color will not fade for a long time. The natural color of teak is golden, but you can make it red or dark brown by applying colors. It also has sepecial property of producing natural oils and resins than act as a repellent to termites and wood damaging insects, this keeps the wood solid, increases its life and strength. So it’s ideal material for outdoor furniture.Oiling teak intensifies the colors and grain patterns of wood and gives the wood a rich, warm appearance. In general, oiling makes teak more beautiful.

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to frame of 
our furniture. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and
 resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the 
electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The 
result is a uniform, durable and attractive finish which has unsurpassed long lasting quality and 
resistance to corrosion, abrasion and blistering.

We made drainage cushions for this set with sun@brella and quickdry foam, add weatherproof mesh to the entire underside of all cushion. Maryard cushions for maximum drainage and airflow. Even in rain, it will dry quickdry when rain stops.  Softer back foam and soft foam will make cushions most confortable.
