Batyline® is a finish made of UV-resistant, mass-coloured PVC fibre. It does not fade under the influence of light or sunshine and is water-repellent and resistant to water from swimming pools and seawater. It can be used in extreme temperatures -30°C (-22°F) to +70°C (158°F), while being easy to clean and maintain, with the Woven & Textile Cleaner available for specific maintenance. Batyline® can be used outdoors and indoors. Contains no toxins, is environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable. Batyline™ mesh is made by Ferrari Textiles. It is an extremely durable and high quality material consisting of a polyester fiber which is resistant to UV light, easy to maintain, tear resistant, lightweight, resistant to microorganisms, and offers minimal sagging. This is especially important to note, since unlike most competitive
mesh products, Batyline™ will actually regain its original shape and not sag after use. Batyline™ mesh can also withstand extremes of temperature, ranging from minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit to 158 degrees Fahrenheit.

It is made of brand new materials in order to keep matt and smooth surface. It can be exposed to UV directly over 3000 hours. it at least can last 3 years even extreme weather, can last longer in most of coutries. 

Weave

It is 100% woven by hand. Straight strands, smooth corner. It looks like machine-woven. you can not believe this is hand-woven since you can not see better one in other place. 

Cushions

We made drainage cushions for this set with sun@brella and quickdry foam, add weatherproof mesh to the entire underside of all cushion. Maryard cushions for maximum drainage and airflow. Even in rain, it will dry quickdry when rain stops.  Softer back foam and soft foam will make cushions most confortable.
