1. Aluminum frame (hardness, welding, coating)

l All raw aluminum tubes will be tested as per standard hardness.

l Tubes are full welded to support maximum weight.

l Frame is coated similarly as per wicker color.

1. Quality of wicker

we use is preminum synthetic polyethylene fiber with high flexibility, high tensile strength as well as UV and weather resistance. It is 100% recyclable and perfect safe for outdoor furniture used for beach, backyards, swing pools and garden. Water Sun creams and lotions are not a problem for the material. No maintenance is required. Simply use a wet coth to clean the furniture. Soap and some mild detergent are also recommended to use.

l We have hundreds of thousand different colors and shape for wicker, which can diversify our product designs and offer customers more options. Below are some swatches that we use most often.

l  Thanks to a group of skilled weavers, we can make weaving in different pattern to make different customers' demand. 

1. Cushion Fabric (Type, Color, Warranty)

In order to meet different customers’ demand, we have 3 kinds of fabric from customers to choose from. These fabrics have different quality and warranty.

l Solution dyed Acrylic ( 5-year warranty )

l Solution dyed Olefin ( 3-year warranty )

l Polyster (No Warranty)

1. Foam

l Regular foam: widely use for 90% of products, cheap but can not dry quickly. Cushion need to be put in house or with protect cover.

l Reticulated foam (fast dry foam): used for high end products, can dry quickly and be put outdoor all year round.

Wicker

It is made of brand new materials in order to keep matt and smooth surface. It can be exposed to UV directly over 3000 hours. it at least can last 3 years even extreme weather, can last longer in most of coutries. 

Weave

It is 100% woven by hand. Straight strands, smooth corner. It looks like machine-woven. you can not believe this is hand-woven since you can not see better one in other place.  

Cushions

We made drainage cushions for this set with sunbrella and quickdry foam, add weatherproof mesh to the entire underside of all cushion. Maryard cushions for maximum drainage and airflow. Even in rain, it will dry quickdry when rain stops.  Softer back foam and soft foam will make cushions most confortable. Sunbrella tags and local law tags are available.
