All raw aluminum tubes we get back in factory will be tested up to industrial standard; We apply full welding between tubes to make frame suffer from maximum weight and last longer time. All frames woven with wicker will be coated in similar color as wicker color. 

2.  Foam: Different from indoor uphostered furniture, this set is made of fast dry foam (reticulated foam), it will allow this set to be outdoor even in the rain all year round. 

3. Our target is to make uphostered collection for high end market and let it durable as longer as possible, so solution dyed acrylic and outdoor leather with excellent performance are our best choice. Beside these two , we also can offer cheaper Olefin to meet some customers’ demand who has lower budge.
