- Our cowhide rugs are sealed in thick, impermeable plastic bags, preserving their shape and quality, ensuring that they will never be damaged during transport. Each pack contains five rugs.

- Insurance is typically covered by the buyer if required, but we can also discuss about it if necessary.

- Shipping can be determined by the buyer. For samples and small orders, we do both air and sea freight, using transport services such as UPS, Fedex, Premium and Figwal. However, for larger orders we do only sea freight. Our preferred shipping method is FOB, but we can arrange it to however you want it.

1. What are your methods of payment?

We accept wire transfer and PayPal (PP has an 8% fee).

2. What is the estimated delivery time? 

The EDT of products varies according to the quantity and the shipping method. Small orders sent by air freight can take 7 to 10 days, whereas larger orders sent by sea freight might take up to 30 days.

3. Do you offer free samples?

We do not offer free samples, but we can sell you a single piece for evaluation as a sample.

4. Do you have a MOQ?

No. You can order a single cowhide rug if you like.
