Q1:What is the payment terms of your company?

A1: L/C AT SIGHT OR T/T 30% IN ADVANCES,70% AGAINST THE COPY OF

Q2:How many rattan and fabric colors can use in one order ?

A2:We sugget our customer use 3 colors at most in one order,save money,save time.

Q3:Can we do mix order ?

A3:Yes,Mix order is acceptable. mix loading Min.Order:20ft container.

Q4:How is the goods packed ?

A4: All items we packed with 5-ply cartons, but some items we stacking 

with protective measures.

Q5:Do you have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A5: Normally,the minimum order has to be full container sales only,for the first cooperation,

3 different design items/40'HQ is ok for us.

Q6: Can I request sample before placing an order?

A6: Yes,Sure. Please contact with our sales department and indicate the model numbers 

you are interested in.

Q7: Can I leave my cushions outside all year round?

A7: Cushions should be stored for the winter in climates exposed to snow and freezing 

temperatures. Cushions should be cleaned and allowed to air dry before placing into storage. 

Always store cushions in a dry, well ventilated area.

Q8: What is price of sample?

A8: Sample price should add 30% of the mass production price, and the cost will be returned 

in your following orders.
