Production Description:

1.  Usage

This machine is used to wash PET/PP/PE film and stabilize operating,perfect washing effect.

2.  Installing&using

The conveying machine has been tested before selling,the user only needs to push it to the place,connect electrical wire,water entering pipe,water removing pipe.Check if there are any other things in the machine,check if the bolts be fastened.Then connect electricity,and running the machine for 5 minutes without loading.If there is no unusual phenomenon,the machine could be used normally.

 

3.  Maintenance

Must let water or the cleaning liquid through while operating,otherwise influence cleaning effect,cleaning up water outlet mesh periodic,in order to avoid stopping up.Replace or increase bearing lubricant every three month,adjust the bearing gap.Overhaul every six month,guarantee safety using.
