2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China.

All of our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcomed to visit us!  

3.Q:How can I get some samples?  

A:  Exist samples are free of charge. OEM samples needs sample charge. Sample will be send to you by FedEX or UPS or DHL.

4.Q:As a new customer, I want to know the payment terms between us. 

A:30% deposit by T/T, and balance against copy B/L  

5.Q: Is it all right to make customer's own brand/ logo name?

A: Yes, we can use your own brand and provide OEM service.
