1) What kind of information should be offered for quoting the sticky notes?

 The details of the products can help us work out the price ASAP, such as:

  a: the material, size, printing, quantity, packaging, etc.

  b: printable 300 dpi high resolution PDF/AI files of Logo and artwork.

  c: what is the binding method?

2) When can I get the quotation for my inquiry?

Normally the quotation will be provided within 24 hours if the details of the products are clear enough. 

3) Could you send me some samples?

 a. Free samples is provided with freight collected.

 b. Customized samples will be charged.

4) How long can I get the samples?

Usually the sample time leadtime is 7days around.

5) If we do not find the products we want on your website? Can you do my own designs of the products?

Yes, we offer OEM service.

6) What’s your MOQ?

The MOQ is 3,000pcs for most of our products. Small quantity for trial order is acceptable at the beginning.

7) What’s your delivery time?

We will make the delivery ASAP but normally in 20days.

8) How to solve the problem if we receive the defective products?

We only handle with good quality products and receive very few complaints from our customer. We will be responsible if it was our fault.
