A :All products are 100% QC before delivery, doing two recycle Charge-discharge test, approximately 20-30 hours.

Q5: What certifications do you have?

A :CE,FCC,RoHS,PSE certification, MSDS,KC and UN38.3 report.

Q6: What is the process before I get my merchandises?

A : After the order is placed,we will make samples for you immediately. And once you confirm the sample, we can arrange for the lead production right now. Your goods will be 100% QC before we deliver it by DHL/FedEX/UPS/TNT express.

Q7: How is the warranty and after-sales services?

A : All of our products' warranty is 1 year after sale. If there is any quality problems within one year, you take picture or send back to us .We will do our utmost to support you !
