 Q3:  Is there any tests before the delivery?

  A :   All products are 100% QC before delivery, doing two recycle Charge-discharge test, approximately 20-30 hours

 Q4:  How does your factory do regarding quality control?

  A :  Quality is priority, and we always attach greatest importance to quality control from the start to the end

 Q5: What is the process before i get my merchandises?

  A :    After the order is placed,we will make samples for you immediately. And once you confirm the sample, we can arrange for the lead production right now. Your goods will be 100% QC before we deliver it by DHL/FedEX/UPS/TNT express

 Q6:  How is about the warranty and after-sales services?

  A :  All of our products' warranty is 1 year. We can exchange goods for free if it is due to quality problem in warranty's period
