ODS(indicating CFC-113, 1.1.1-trichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride)substances like Freon and halogenated hydrocarbon used currently by industry destroying ozonosphere in upper air of the earth and harmful for ecological environment of human are substances required to stop production and use in a limited period internationally (Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer). Therefore, taking mixture and surface active agent as main solution, we develop this kind of water-base cleanser with great efforts. In case of normal use, it shall not cause remarkable harm to human body and cause less pollution to environment featuring uninflammable and safe use. It can be widely used for removing residue on steel mesh and residual welding slag on tools.
