Fin Die Details

  1. This product includes steps:

7–step draws (sine wave) → punching stretching → space for louver fixing → flanging  →  piloting →slitter blade cutting (plane or rippled) →feeding →cut off (plane or rippled)

  1. Special auxiliary equipments:

Fin surface shape : sine wave or plane surface

Fin edge: plane or rippled

  1. Die configuration requirement 
    1. Draw station (7 times), stretching height adjustable through the scale disk on the die.
    2. Punching stretching 
    3. Flanging (height adjusting is possible by wedge block through adjusting scale disk knob. 
    4. Slitter blade cutting adjusting is possible for any number of rows.
    5. Feeding: We use draw-off mechanism which is the best feeding way at present. Aluminum strip is pulled forward through micro catcher moving into preformed hole resulting in no material conglomeration.
    6. Oil spray device is built inside the die (performing, punching, flanging etc.) to guarantee automatic oil lubrication during fin processing and apply compulsory lubrication oiling to moving parts of the die.
    7. Compressed air is used on the die to compulsorily clean of the waste material generated during punching, trimming, etc. operations. Compressed air circuit is reasonably designed; the waste material generated during die cutting will be completely discharged through disposal hole of press machine, featuring easy & reliable material discharging without back blowing, residuals piling up and unsmooth discharging of waste material.
    8. Inlet connector of hydraulic oil, lubrication oil, working oil, compressed air are matchable with those of the same systems on the appointed press machine. As for other connectors and flexible hoses on the die please refer to Japan SMC specifications.
    9. The location holes on upper and lower dies, holes for fixing bolts are all corresponding to relative position and dimensions of the location holes and holes for fixing bolts on the punching machine. This ensures that the dies can be reliably fixed on the punching machine. 
    10. The die used guide pins, guide bushings, springs which are the standard parts will use the products of MISUMI company in Japan, and will try to be similar to the type, size you used on the dies.  
    11. Metric system will be used for all the bolts, pins used on the die and corresponding spare bolts will be supplied together with the dies. 
    12. Pin is designed for position limiting when closing of upper die.
